Employee Direct Costs

The Employee Direct Costs are the salary and associated benefits per employee. These items are billed at cost. The monthly amount is dependent on the asking salary and qualifications of candidates.

STAFFLINK Fee

The Stafflink Fee covers Human Resources, payroll, office support, facilities, office space, office security, shared meeting rooms, hardware management, power, connectivity, core training, air conditioning, infrastructure and disaster recovery (N+1 power, connectivity, hot seats and environmental systems), training, & team leader support. The Stafflink fee is a monthly fee of $1,250 + GST.

Friday Lunch Allowance

The Friday Lunch Allowance instils a great culture within your team and allows your team members to bond with each other.

Hardware Rental

Hardware is rented from Stafflink on a monthly basis and fully maintained for the life of the contract. Hardware is tested approximately every 12 months and replaced if needed. The software is updated in line with Stafflink’s security protocols. Hardware remains the property of Stafflink. All Laptops include a keyboard, mouse, webcam, headphones and microphone. They are pre-configured with an operating system, Browsers, Skype, and Google Suite (email, communication, word processor, presentation and spreadsheet functionality).

The model that Stafflink provides for offshore staff is an $99.84 per month model. Which includes a Laptop, Windows 10 Upgrade, 1 x 21.5” Monitor or Desktop. The specifications for this model have been included below:

STAFFLINK can provide custom hardware solutions. Custom hardware needs to meet Stafflink Device Security requirement and will be priced separately being subject to a minimum term.

Due to Premium Facility regulations hardware can only be moved between approved locations. If you choose to purchase your own hardware restrictions and processing fees may apply.

Premium Facility

The premium facilities typically are in new, class A buildings that offer more parking, better food options, easier access to retail outlets, and more in-office facilities such as meeting rooms, lounge areas, and game areas. Employees are also more spaced out because of the premium facility minimum requirements of amount of people allowed per square meter. This is what the extra $125 premium charge is for. Standard offices have a higher density and less prestigious fit out but still have the usual staff amenities, redundant internet, backup power etc.

Integration & Maintenance of the STAFFLINK API will incur a charge of $295+GST per month. This is included in all CSM packages and will be charged as an additional fee when CSM is turned off.

The Hub has a one-off Setup Fee of $2,000 + GST payable to STAFFLINK to cover the data input from your current Property Management software, the creation of rules and fields, complete customisation to your business and the time to and effort involved in the setup.

STAFFLINK charges a one-off Setup Fee ($5,000+GST for STAFFLINK Pro, $2,500+GST for STAFFLINK Starter) to cover onboarding, orientation, basic training, account creation, the configuration of workstations, and training of your initial staff members. The setup fee is payable 3 months after the initial onboarding of your staff member. For businesses following best practices, prior to the setup fee being payable, three major tasks are generally successfully outsourced such as owner lease renewals, vacates & listings.

Overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee, applicable to each overdue invoice of $50+GST.

STAFFLINK charge a security deposit for each staff member, which is refundable upon staff disengagement. The deposit is equivalent to the staff member fee for one month.

The Employee Direct Cost is a single charge that includes the staff members wages, insurance, health cover, pension, government-mandated costs, social clubs and retention programs. Employee Direct Fees are passed on without markup; STAFFLINK does not profit from these fees.

The STAFFLINK Fee covers HR and payroll management, office space, support services, infrastructure, environment and other general costs.

The Setup Fee is a once-off fee to cover costs associated with on-boarding, including orientation, basic training, account creation, processing, configuration of workstations, systems, processes & intellectual property.

Yes, but we don’t recommend it due to government restrictions imposed on some locations. If you purchase your own hardware you will be responsible for maintenance and software updates. The hardware may be subject to local legislation and processing fees may apply. Moving or disposing of hardware may require government approval. Customer purchased devices need to meet STAFFLINK’s security requirements.

Yes, STAFFLINK has a team dedicated to ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. We fully comply with the many tax and labour laws. Failure to adhere to legislation can result in stiff penalties, hardware confiscation, business closure and even jail for serious offences.

Yes, STAFFLINK has worked very hard to balance the costs of our retention and engagement programs and the resulting benefits for our customers. We believe the cost of our retention and training programs result in overall savings for the customer.

The Exchange Rate will remain fixed at the time of contract signing. Fluctuations of up to 5% will be absorbed by STAFFLINK. In the case of a change to the Exchange Rate above 5%, you will be sent a notification and subsequent invoices will reflect the new pricing. If a change is made to an existing contract, the current Exchange Rate will be applied to the updated contract.
