If ever your agent has a listing adjustment to make, a simple form can be filled out which outlines the exact adjustments to be made.
Your sales administration team can quickly make those adjustments in a concise manner.
There is also an option to pre-plan adjustments to your liking, so you can continue working knowing your campaign is on track.
Auctions can be booked with ease, thanks to a streamlined request process.
Agents can submit a request for an auction (including the auction date & choice of auctioneer), and your sales administration team can book everything exactly as requested.
This includes scheduling in calendars and booking out the time for the auctioneer.
This process can also take place in reverse, where an auctioneer can update their availability. This can show details such as the frequency of their availability, their auction fee, and dates or times that do not suit them.
Overall, this process makes it much easier for your agents to utilise an in-house auctioneer.
The Contract management process offers an efficient and easy alternative to the traditional ways previously seen in real estate.
Workflows are in place to process contracts of all statuses.
Agents can simply fill out a form with the relevant information, and your Sales Administration team will generate and save the contract in your CRM, process the contract and communicate with the relevant parties.
