Frequently Asked Questions

The Hub is your hub, use our white-labelling solution to customise your branding across the platform. A unique addition to your recruitment to set yourself apart from your competition. Everything your staff needs to stay on top and feel successful in their role in one accessible hub.

With our intuitive back-end, each team and employee is able to easily build their own custom tech stack to house the tools they need to do their job.

We thought you’d never ask! One of our favourite features is that you can create and map your processes on-demand with our flow charts tool. House all of your agency processes in one place for your team’s easy access and ensure alignment across new initiatives.

THE HUB requires little to no maintenance. Once you are onboarded, your Agency will be able to use and customise THE HUB without any tech gurus. Though, STAFFLINK will be available at your demand for any technical support if needed.

The Real Estate tech space is constantly changing, and as a result, there are always different websites, apps & tools to continue updating for the various departments within an agency.

By implementing an Agency Hub from STAFFLINK, you’re one step closer to having everything you need at your staff’s fingertips. The Tech Stack feature is a fantastic way of keeping the key agency software links, on hand, available and up to date at all times. Think of it like a custom bookmarks bar that appears automatically without needing to be edited or updated by the user.

How does the Tech Stack work?

STAFFLINK Agency Hubs contain department groups, such as Sales, Property Management, and Admin, which each have their own designated list of apps. When a staff member is onboarded as a member of one of these groups, they’ll immediately have access to the appropriate apps. As soon as any updates are applied, each team member will have the latest information on their screen.

The Tech Stack is a core feature of the Agency Hub and has a prominent space that is front and centre for each user. As such, it’s important not to overload these sections. We recommend keeping the Tech Stack to the most used apps, with other links that aren’t used quite so often placed in the “Resources” section of the Hub.

The Agency Hub is a great tool that keeps your staff up to date on things that are relevant to them. As a new piece of software within your agency, there will be an adjustment period for new staff. STAFFLINK recommends setting the Agency Hub as the homepage on each computer and also using tools such as New Tab Redirect to keep the staff coming back to it.

We’ve seen countless Agencies trying to run their office from Microsoft Teams or via emails, with the latest forms and legislative paperwork being sent around in threads that most staff will either scroll straight past or simply ignore.

Using outdated information can be costly when it comes to agreements, contracts, or more realistically, anything to do with property & real estate.

This is the reason that STAFFLINK Agency Hubs contain department Forms. These forms can be a link to an online resource or a digital download – and is something that we recommend all staff gets accustomed to as quickly as possible.

My Agency has hundreds of forms, how do we keep them organised?

Most forms are only relevant to specific departments within an Agency. As such, the form functionality works the same as the Tech Stack and only displays data that is relevant to that user. E.g. if a staff member is a Property Manager, they will only see the Property Management Tech Stack & Forms.

How do I keep my forms up to date on the Agency Hub?

As part of the Agency Hub support, you’ll receive, simply submit a copy of the new form through the maintenance portal. From there, it will be updated promptly by the STAFFLINK support team.

Can a user access the forms from a mobile device?

Your Agency Hub is mobile-friendly and responsive to ensure that links and files are accessible from up-to-date smartphones & tablets.

The concept of building Agency Hubs at STAFFLINK came from the lack of customisation available in various LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.

These platforms are great for running online lessons, however, the functionality generally ends there. There’s often a lack of styling options available to make it really feel like a part of the business, and outside of a course here and there, most staff will only ever visit it a couple of times.

By using an Agency Hub as the homepage within your Agency, you can make sure your staff has the latest courses & content at all times. Courses are displayed just like the Tech Stack & Forms and only appear for the users who should be participating in them.

By using the tools such as the alerts bar within the Hub, you can make sure your staff are aware of any new courses as they become available. The same goes for any new legislation – if your team needs to know about it, make sure it’s set up to be the first thing that loads on their screen every day!

STAFFLINK Agency Hubs include an interactive dashboard that shows the progress of users who have made a start on each course. Individual users can also see their own progress from their account page.

Yes, that’s something that we encourage! Staff generally take more information on board from video, so if you have recordings that fit into your courses the STAFFLINK team can assist in making them available within the Hub.
