I encourage my team to manage our business like we own it – giving us all empathy for the wide-ranging issues business owners face. We believe in opportunities, accountability and integrity – and these values form the backbone of our activities every day.

As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion (D&I), I have learned a great deal since starting Macquarie’s D&I journey a few years ago. I’m always willing to share the value that different thinking, different skills and different experiences can bring to teams.
