Our role as a bank is to help people do business – and nowhere does that have more impact than with the SME community, arguably the most powerful economic and social cohort in Australia.

As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion (D&I), I have learned a great deal since starting Macquarie’s D&I journey a few years ago. I’m always willing to share the value that different thinking, different skills and different experiences can bring to teams.
